Although we are based in London we offer online therapy to clients from across the UK.

All sessions currently take place online, however, when we return to face to face work we will be offering sessions in our consulting rooms based in the boroughs of Lewisham and Greenwich.

Everyone experiences distress, and it is entirely human/normal and appropriate to reach out for help.

Talking to a therapist can help you make sense of the difficulties that you are facing and support you to make decisions about how to manage in the future.

Therapy can help you to understand problematic and fundamental patterns of thinking, feeling, behaving and the way you relate to others and yourself.

Therapy is not something that is done to you but it is an alliance that supports you in gaining understanding, improving your relationships and making needed changes.

We are experienced in working with people from a diverse range of ages, cultures, social groups and economic backgrounds.

We recognise that there are social factors that contribute to human distress including: discrimination, social injustice and oppression. We also understand that these societal and social structures of power and privilege impact our relational interactions. We work collaboratively in a way that respects differences in beliefs, culture and life experiences.

Issues that can be discussed:

Life Transitions.

Depression and anxiety

PTSD

Trauma/intergenerational trauma

Attachment and problematic patterns in relationships

Questions about meaning and identity

Issues relating to illness and disability

Difficulties resulting from social factors

Couples Therapy

Family therapy

Issues relating to racial or cultural identity

Issues around faith – Islamic perspective

Parenting issues – parenting adult children Mother, daughter relationships

Please contact us to discuss your situation and for further details of the services on offer. Contact Us
